The University building unites the surrounding colleges. This building serves as a multi-use rendezvous for the students and faculty. The various spatial conditions allows for various uses ranging from class rooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, lecture halls, study rooms, open galleries, a cafeteria, as well as a bridge connection to the neighboring college. The total area for this building is 36,000 square feet and has three floors. The first floor boast 15 foot high ceiling with a mezzanine on the second that allows for certain areas to have 25 foot height ideal for communal gatherings.
