The four unit multifamily project in Deerfield Beach is an urban intervention with four compact 1600 SF units fitting into an urban lot that was 75 ft wide by 150ft long. The homes cost was capped at $120 a Sf being built out of resilient materials and standing for flooding. These apartments were meant to house mid income apartment dwellers that needed to also have parking and green space requirements for family life. This is a an example of an infill project that uses concrete panel technology for repetitive structure and concrete breeze block for temperature reduction and a Florida vernacular look.
