This building is a historic landmark for the City of West Palm Beach in its downtown “El Cid”. The two main structures are original and the solid concrete three car garage was added as a hurricane shelter. The house sat idle for several years and needed a full interior and exterior renovation. The result was a restored historic home for a young family to enjoy.
