This residence focuses on the renovation of the main entry. A residence's first welcoming impression is of paramount importance. The design intent is to have the additions reflect the clients personalities while respecting the existing building. Along with the entry renovation, there were functional additions such as an elevator, a double height atrium, and a cat walk that also completed the main entry experience. the side entry next to the elevator leads to an outdoor den area made of smooth concrete. before this, you are greeted with the address and sculpture in the entrance called like light petal sculpture.
