thIS PROJECT focuses on the reNOVATION OF THE GARAGE OF THIS RESIDENCE. THE PROGRAM THAT THE CLIENT REQUIRED A SPACE FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY, AN AREA FOR DRINK/MEAL PREP WITH A SERVING WINDOW . The design intent is to have the additions reflect the clients MODERN MINIMAL STYLE while ALSO respecting the FLORIDA VERNACULAR THAT IS COMMON IN THAT AREA .
