The Pinetree house is a concept in blending the minimal forms of an architecture in contrast with not just its landscape, but also with its infill urban site. As with any new construction in Miami Beach the structure is 100% resilient to rising waters. The interior and exterior work simultaneously in sync as one space blends into another from inside to outside. There has been great care to expose details that delineate the designs flow with the indoor/ outdoor volumes and surfaces. This house is a testament to raw materials blending into the landscape so that the occupant has a constant reflection of the spaces from inside to outside.
