The project proposes the addition of a new two-story office building designed to complement and enhance the existing development on the property. The site currently contains two existing buildings, and the proposed structure introduces an additional 3,187 square feet of office space while establishing a cohesive architectural identity across the property. The new building is carefully positioned to integrate with the surrounding landscape and pedestrian circulation while maintaining clear visual and functional relationships with the existing structures.
Architecturally, the design emphasizes a contemporary and refined aesthetic defined by clean geometries, vertical articulation, and a restrained material palette. The primary façade is characterized by a rhythmic series of vertical fins that extend the full height of the building, creating both visual depth and solar shading. These elements give the building a strong architectural presence while helping to control sunlight and reduce heat gain. A sculptural circular entry element marks the main entrance, providing a distinctive focal point and a welcoming threshold for visitors and occupants. This feature softens the otherwise linear composition and creates a memorable architectural identity for the building.
The new office building will consist of two stories organized around an open and flexible floor plan that allows for adaptable workspace arrangements. The ground floor is designed to support collaborative working environments, meeting areas, and shared office functions, with large windows that introduce natural light and create visual connections to the landscaped surroundings. The second level provides additional office space like how the first floor is set up.
