Located in downtown Lake Worth, 15 N E Street is a proposed multi-use project containing two modern one bedroom apartments, sitting atop 1000 square feet of available retail space. The facade creates a continuation of the city block with a staggered geometric facade that creates expansive terraces for each apartment. The rooftop contains private transitional sky gardens with built in outdoor kitchens as an amenity to encourage outdoor relaxation.
